Call to Worship God, to Gather Together
This Sunday is your first opportunity to gather in the house of God for a resurrection celebration (which is true each Sunday). Come and kick off the new year with joyful worship among your fellow disciples as we give the Year of Our Lord 2021 to God.
Prayer for the New Year
Father God, I am grateful that I have come to know the way to You in Jesus. I want to know Him better. Help me to know truth as a principle but even more so as a person. Help me to define life not by the abundance of possessions but by the depth and consistency of my connection to You and Your Son Jesus Christ. And Holy Spirit, as the new year dawns, enable this to occur even more so to God’s glory. Amen.
