Call to Worship God, to Gather Together

Hebrews 10:24-25

let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

We must devote, not only times and places to prayer, but be everywhere in the spirit of devotion; with hearts always set toward heaven, looking up to God in all our actions, and doing everything as his servants; living in the world as in a holy temple of God, and always worshipping him, though not with our lips, yet with the thankfulness of our hearts, the holiness of our actions and the pious and charitable use of all his gifts.

Prayer

Lord Jesus Christ, as I gather under You and Your Word this morning, I know I cannot be enlightened without the Holy Spirit. I pray He would do His work that I might help You do Your work. Let Your word enlighten my heart for the sake of Your kingdom and glory. Amen.
