Pondering Point

Somebody snuck a One Another prayer in the middle of our review of the One Another commands in the Bible. We might even label it a blessing or just call it a prayer for blessing. That seems be what the Apostle Paul is doing, praying a blessing upon God’s people of Thessalonica. You won't often go wrong emulating the Apostle Paul.

So let's (1) pray for one another and (2) bless one another and (3) pray for a blessing on one another all while we fulfill the command to love one another.

Prayer for the Day

Lord, You have already been so good to us in pouring out Your love to us. May our love continue to increase for You and each other in order that it overflows and is so abundant that it would seem that there is too much of it. God grant it for Jesus’ sake and for the blessing of Your people. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
